Wessex Institute of Technology Press: A Major Publishing House for Scientific Researchers

Wessex Institute of Technology (WIT) is one of England’s greatest research institutes. WIT’s main campus is located in Ashurst, New Forest, England, just a few hours drive south of London.

In addition to hosting some of the most prominent scientific conferences in the world, WIT also operates a very well-respected publishing house. WIT Press has been one of the most important publishers of scientific books and journals for over 30 years. Since WIT Press is connected to WIT proper, this publishing house has published an extensive body of conference proceedings. The team at WIT Press are most concerned with producing quality scientific work that helps academics, students, and scientists working in their respective fields.

As of today, WIT Press is very concerned with transferring all of their texts into an online format. The team working at WIT Press is currently working hard to incorporate all of these texts into their WIT Press eLibrary.

WIT Press is very well-known for publishing five international journals, which includes “Safety and Security Engineering,” “Design & Nature and Ecodynamics,” and “Sustainable Development and Planning.”

The main headquarters for WIT Press is at Ashurst Lodge on WIT’s main campus. Although they focus their sales in Europe, America, and Asia, this press has sent their scientific literature all over the world.
